Gentlemen, Valentine's Day and anniversaries are special days, but simple
acts of affection will work any day of the year. Your marriage relationship may
have lost much of its fire over the years, but that's normal. What most women
want is a steady warm glow.
In a recent survey of married women, here are the top ten ways that their
husbands make them feel loved.
10. Holding hands
9. A massage
8. Acts of sacrifice
7. A kiss
6. Taking a walk together
5. Love notes
4. Going out on a date
3. Having a special meal together
2. Non-sexual touching
And the number one way to show love to your wife is...
Send Her Flowers.
Of course, not all women feel loved the same ways. But if you haven't done
some of these lately, this week might be a good time to start.
Keep the embers of love warm and glowing, and a cold drafty shared house
becomes a warm, loving home.
Get the TV out of the bedroom
What we've long suspected, Italian researchers have confirmed: that TV in the master bedroom is bad for your love life.
In interviews with over 500 couples, researchers found that the presence of a television set in the bedroom decreases the frequency of sexual activity by half (from eight times a month on average for those without a TV in the bedroom to just once a week for those with a TV in the bedroom). For couples over 50, the frequency dropped even more, from 7 times per month to just 1.5.
While similar studies have not yet been done, we suspect the same is true for having a computer in the bedroom.

but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
