Top Ten Ways to Make Your Wife Feel Loved

Gentlemen, Valentine's Day and anniversaries are special days, but simple acts of affection will work any day of the year. Your marriage relationship may have lost much of its fire over the years, but that's normal. What most women want is a steady warm glow.

In a recent survey of married women, here are the top ten ways that their husbands make them feel loved.

Friends Who Care10. Holding hands
9. A massage
8. Acts of sacrifice
7. A kiss
6. Taking a walk together
5. Love notes
4. Going out on a date
3. Having a special meal together
2. Non-sexual touching

And the number one way to show love to your wife is...
Send Her Flowers.

Of course, not all women feel loved the same ways. But if you haven't done some of these lately, this week might be a good time to start.

Keep the embers of love warm and glowing, and a cold drafty shared house becomes a warm, loving home.

Get the TV out of the bedroom

What we've long suspected, Italian researchers have confirmed: that TV in the master bedroom is bad for your love life.

In interviews with over 500 couples, researchers found that the presence of a television set in the bedroom decreases the frequency of sexual activity by half (from eight times a month on average for those without a TV in the bedroom to just once a week for those with a TV in the bedroom). For couples over 50, the frequency dropped even more, from 7 times per month to just 1.5.

While similar studies have not yet been done, we suspect the same is true for having a computer in the bedroom.

God has many mechanisms to offer you free counsel. Among them are the local church body, your pastor, Christian family members, neighbors and friends. Most of all ready to listen is God Himself. Talk to God.

You don't need to say some fancy prayer or speak in King James English. Just talk to Him like you would any good friend. God hears and feels your hurt. Invite Him into your life. If you need help doing that, please call the toll free number: (1-888-NEEDHIM)
